Sgt. Thomas Paterson, Co. I, 2nd Infantry and other enlisted men 2nd Infantry at Boac, Marinduque with an Iguano, 1901. I don’t believe there are any iguana’s here in Marinduque, most likely this is a Bayawak (monitor lizard).
